Start with one paid lesson. After your complimentary introduction, try a 60- or 90-minute session before deciding on ongoing tuition.
Then find your rhythm. Continue once or twice weekly, or agree a schedule around your child’s needs. Book individually or arrange a block of lessons of an agreed length—there is no fixed package to choose.
We confirm your tutor, dates, lesson length and total fees before you commit. The same agreed hourly rate applies to individual lessons and blocks, with no automatic renewal.
Fees are available on enquiry. Tell us the subject, year group and preferred lesson length. In-person tuition is quoted by location and requirements.

Schoolwork, difficult topics, reviewing homework, correcting practice answers, examination technique or revision planning. We agree the focus together. Working through a paper or making revision notes together during your lesson is normal tuition, not an extra service.
Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes, once or twice weekly where appropriate. We recommend a length and frequency that suit the student’s age, concentration and goals.
Regular homework is follow-up practice linked to your lessons and is included when wanted. A holiday pack is an optional, organised programme of several independent study sessions, prepared specifically for your child outside lesson time, with explanations and answers.
The suggested 1–6 hours refers to your child’s approximate working time, not tutor preparation time. We agree the topics, workload, delivery date and fixed price before you order. You can review difficult questions together in your next normal lesson; no additional review session is required. Separate marking of the completed pack is not included unless requested and agreed in advance.
Support continues between lessons. Parents and students are welcome to WhatsApp their tutor with questions—whether a homework instruction is unclear, a practice question has proved tricky, or they would like a quick check of their understanding.
Brief guidance and parent updates are included in your tuition. Messages can be sent at any time. Tutors reply between 9am and 9pm in their agreed local time zone, around teaching commitments. Questions needing a fuller explanation can be explored together in the next lesson.
For younger students, communication takes place through a parent or a parent-inclusive chat.
Give at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled start through the agreed contact channel to cancel or reschedule for any reason and retain your lesson credit. Arrange to use it within 14 days of the original lesson, subject to mutual availability. We extend that window if your tutor cannot offer a suitable replacement.
If your tutor cancels, choose a replacement date or a full refund for the cancelled lesson. A retained credit following a family cancellation is not automatically a cash refund. Late cancellations, missed lessons and any other refund arrangements are explained in your booking terms before payment. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.
No. Start with one paid lesson and continue week by week if you prefer. If you prefer to book ahead, we can arrange a block with a lesson count and timetable agreed together. The same agreed hourly rate applies.
We confirm the lesson count, duration, timetable, total price, payment dates, usage period and cancellation terms before payment. There is no automatic renewal. Longer timetables and additional exam-season lessons can be arranged when suitable.
A 30-minute online meeting gives parents time to discuss goals and students an opportunity to meet their tutor and try a brief learning activity. It is a chance to explore the fit—not a full teaching session or formal assessment. One introduction per new student, subject to availability, with no obligation to book.
